• When I discovered damp in my newly purchased property, I was in a right panic. I saw many companies asking for a few hundred pounds just to get a quote. Then I found Midland Preservation on the net with a free quote. I thought that, being a free quote, it might not have been a good choice of company. Oh dear... I was o wrong! I had an excellent detailed report, highlighting problems, solutions (to the finest detail) and all the rest. Even a map of the house. I then could agree to carry out some of the works myself and they gave a very good discount, which lessened my pains of unexpected expenses. Glenn is a true gentleman too! I never embark on such big renovation, so he told me how the sequence of works should go and what to expect from traders. It worked a beauty! The works carried out were done with an excellent finish. • I would like to thank Glenn and all his team for the exceptional service we received, particularly as our work was planned and completed during the lockdown. I was dreading the mess and disruption that damp roofing and replastering our front room and hall would create, but I needn't have worried. Steve removed the plaster with minimal mess and this first stage of the work went very smoothly. Tony made an excellent job of the replastering and Nick's skill as a joiner was evident in his fitting of the skirting boards. We were so impressed by the punctuality and friendliness of the team and their high standards of work. Glenn oversaw everything, which was reassuring. The price was very competitive, too. • Amazing service, i can’t recommend these guys enough, I had a tough time when I bought a house that I didn’t know had damp so when I found this out I rang midland preservations and Glenn came to quote me, he could see how stressed I was with it all as I’m a single parent and couldn’t move into my home until the damp was sorted, so Glenn booked me in within the space of a week which was amazing, also the price was great too. The men came to do the work the following week and what a lovely bunch they were, Tony, Steve and Lee did a fantastic job, very clean and tidy and they even made me a cup of tea :-) overall the service provided was amazing and I was left feeling relieved and totally satisfied with the work carried out.
