Woodworm Treatment

Small exit holes in timber don't always mean an active problem, and one of the most valuable things our surveyors do is tell old, harmless flight holes apart from a genuine live infestation before any treatment is recommended.

Wet & Dry Rot Treatment

Soft, crumbling timber can be caused by two very different types of fungal decay - wet rot and dry rot. Telling them apart matters enormously, since dry rot can spread through brickwork and plaster well beyond the timber where it started. Condensation Control

Streaming windows and black mould are usually signs of condensation rather than a structural damp problem, and treating the mould alone rarely solves it for good. Our surveyors look at insulation, temperature and ventilation together, so the underlying cause is addressed rather than just what's visible on the surface. Structural Repairs

Cracked brickwork, failed lintels and decayed timber beams sometimes need more than a standard repair, and a structural engineer may recommend some form of mechanical restraint as part of the solution.

While this isn't a core focus of ours, we carry out a range of structural repairs across Nottingham, Derby and Leicester, often alongside a damp or timber problem we're already treating on the same property. Any specification and supervision comes from a qualified structural engineer, with the installation carried out by our own trained team.
